Character:
黑褐色或棕黑色無定形粉末。溶于氫氧化堿和碳酸溶液,溶于熱濃硝酸呈深紅色。有親水性、離子交換性、絡(luò)合性、分散性等綜合性能。可聚合,其聚合物(聚腐殖酸)有耐熱、耐鹽性能。
腐植酸是植物殘?bào)w,經(jīng)煤化過程和生物化學(xué)作用而形成的天然礦化有機(jī)羧酸聚合物,沒有定形的分子式和分子量,按其理化特征和分子量大小,可分為黃腐酸、棕腐酸、黑腐酸三種類型;黃腐酸分子量小(可溶于PH<2)的酸性溶液,活性官能團(tuán)(總酸基9-10meg/克)、生物活性高、適宜做藥用原料,棕腐酸次之、黑腐酸較差。所以,一般口服或注射腐植酸,都采用高純度的黃腐酸;分子量較大的棕黑腐酸(或總HA),一般用于胃潰瘍、燒燙傷、風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎火外傷止血等。
